Instructions
As proof of completion, email the SRI receipt on or before the last day of class. The last day of class is the final day of scheduled class not the final exam. When registered for multiple courses during a semester, each course must have its own unique SRI receipt.

UVU has recently implemented changes to the Student Rating of Instruction (SRI) system which will take effect as of Spring 2012.
